1. License
Alarm Clock Power grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices.
2. Free Application
Alarm Clock Power is provided free of charge.
The App does not require paid subscriptions, account registration, or login creation.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
Alarm Clock Power is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect personal data, does not track users, does not sell information, does not use analytics, and does not upload alarm data to external servers.
All alarm settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
4. Permissions
The App may request limited Android permissions necessary for core alarm functionality, such as notifications, alarm scheduling, vibration, sound playback, and boot completed permission for restoring alarms after device restart.
These permissions are used only for App functionality.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Alarm Clock Power does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that alarms will always trigger correctly on all Android devices or manufacturer-customized systems.
Users are responsible for testing alarms on their devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alarm Clock Power and its developer shall not be liable for missed alarms, data loss, indirect damages, device issues, or loss of business or personal opportunities.
Use the App at your own risk.
7. Updates
The developer may update or modify the App at any time to improve functionality, compatibility, or security.
8. Third-Party Services
The App is intended to operate without third-party tracking or advertising services. If future versions include optional third-party integrations, they will be disclosed separately.
9. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
